This consultation is the perfect way for you to learn about what we can do to help you become free of the pain and discomfort of your varicose veins. From start to finish a consultation takes about 45 minutes and the valuable information you will receive will enable you to make important healthcare decisions about your varicose veins.
- A vascular doctor will assess your situation, answer any questions you may have and present various treatment options
- A personalised treatment plan will be provided based on the results of your vein assessment.
- After your consultation, it is important to know that our team are on hand to answer any further questions and to support you through your journey
Payment, Terms and Conditions
The initial consultation will be bulk billed. At the time of booking your appointment online, a $50 deposit will be charged to secure your appointment.
Your initial consultation will include:
- “Before” photos taken so we can compare post-treatment
- An individualised, custom-built treatment plan tailored to your specific condition
- A Venous Doppler ultrasound is available at an extra charge
NEW PATIENT DEPOSITS
At the time of booking your appointment online, a $50 deposit will be charged to secure your appointment. This deposit will go towards the procedure you decide to schedule. If after the consultation you decide that you don’t need the procedure, then you will be refunded the $50.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you do this as soon as possible to allow us to accept other patients who want to book that time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a $50 cancellation fee or the forfeit of your deposit. For New Patient appointments rescheduled outside of the 24 hour period, the deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.
FAILURE TO ATTEND APPOINTMENTS
Failing to attend an appointment will result in a $50 fee or the loss of your deposit. Recurrence of not attending your appointment without 24hr notice will mean that we will request a deposit of $50 in advance before we will make a future appointment.
